Featuring individually controlled separate tanks, not only do you have the option of keeping the oil separate, you can choose to use a single tank during quieter periods – helping to keep control of running costs. The front panel includes the ability to run up to four separate programs, so with a simple push of a button the fryer couldn’t be easier to operate, again saving time and wastage. High performance elements, durable stainless steel construction and rear castors are all standard with the fryer to make it efficient, easy to clean and powerful. For additional efficiency, the fryer also includes an in-built filtration system which extends the life of the oil further.
