The heavy duty, half ribbed steel plated Lincat Silverlink 600 Electric Griddle features machined steel covered dual heat zones which are thermostatically and independently controlled. This reduces heat loss and thus reduces power required, saving both energy and running costs. The removable fat drainer drawer makes it easy to clean after and in-between use whilst its smart design means it can be suited with other Lincat Silverlink 600 items.
