These wonderful Bourbon Soaked Oak wood chips are made especially for use in The PolyScience Smoking Gun and are completely chemical-free. They’re ground to the perfect consistency for smoking, smouldering slowly when ignited and lasting for a long time. Also great with barbecues, sprinkle them over the coals before or towards the end of cooking to add a delicious aroma to any food.
