Heat your food and present it on this attractive glass based Victor Electric Food Warmer, a proficient viewing platform for your oven cooked meals that holds up to four full sized gastronorm pans (not included). Heat is applied consistently from above and below through use of quartz heat lamps and warming elements that maintain temperature throughout your dish, additionally preserving its texture and consistency. The level of heat from either can be controlled independently from the other to provide the exact conditions you want for your food until it is served.
