The design of the Grizzly Commercial ovenallows operators to precisely control thetemperature of the chamber by adjustingone of two vents. By simply increasing ordecreasing the flow of oxygen through theoven, the chef can control the intensity ofthe burn and consumption of the fuel.Achieving greater efficiency and fuelsaving, the Grizzly Commercial ovenachieves a lower charcoal consumptioncompared to other solid fuel appliances onthe market.Thanks to the closed cooking chamber, theoven seals in the natural flavours, whileimparting a unique aroma on wide range offoods, including delicate ingredients suchas fish and vegetables.The oven can maintain optimum temperaturefor many hours without the need torefuel.(optional extra). Adding charcoal to your Grizzly during use: Should you wish to extend the cook time on your Grizzly, you can add additional coal or briquettes at any time.After adding, simply open the base air vent to ensure the fuel lights from the existing embers. We suggest that an oven be used for a maximum of 12 -15 hours, before cooling and cleaning is recommended
