Rectangular wet heated well for heating or holding fresh and previously cooked food at optimum safe temperatures. Featuring three separate temperature settings for warming, steaming and boiling, this unit can be adapted towards a variety of foods from pasta in sauce to steamed veg. Stainless steel construction for easy maintenance and reliable performance. Suitable for 1x 1/1, 2x 1/2 or 3x 1/3 GN pans with a maximum depth of 152mm.
