Description

Consistent, efficient and reliable, the Alto-Shaam 500-TH/III Deluxe Control Cook and Hold oven utilises innovative Halo Heat technology to ensure food is cooked perfectly whilst retaining its moisture, size and quality. Able to accommodate four full sized (1/1) gastronorm pans, this commercial oven has a large capacity – especially suitable for schools, restaurants and care homes. Cooking is efficient – preventing up to 18% of meat shrinkage compared to conventional cooking and can tenderise even the toughest of meats. Due to the low heat cooking method no hood or canopy is required above the unit – saving valuable kitchen space and money. Ideal for cooking pulled pork and chicken products.
