Perfect for bakeries, event venues and staff canteens, the Blodgett offers a truly impressive output, with space for up to bakery 44 trays throughout the four oven sections. The V-2 is actually two ovens stacked on top of each other (stacking kit supplied), so you can operate just the top or bottom sections during quieter hours to save energy and reduce running costs.
