The pan also benefits from a riveted stainless steel handle that is designed to fit perfectly in the hand, offering a comfortable grip even for long periods. When it comes to plating up, the Affinity pan excels again with a Lyonnais skirt all around the outer edge which allows food to slide off effortlessly. This pan is dishwasher-safe and suitable for all types of cook tops including induction hobs.
