Designed to fit seamlessly into a countertop as an assisted service display, the Designline Drop In Heated Deli is inclined to provide customers with an optimal view of your stock. The 3/1 GN heated well is suited to both short and long term holding of food from breakfast all the way through to dinner, examples of both including baked beans, toast, muffins, pasta, vegetables, eggs and more. Base heat is generated via mounted heater mats whilst surface heat is separately sourced from infra red quartz lamps, the temperature of both being altered individually from a control panel on the operator side of the display. A gantry is fitted with full height sneeze screens and side panels to reduce the risk of contamination from a constant stream of customers, whilst a heated midshelf is located at eye level for extra display space.Please note: base/counter not included.
