Designed for the most demanding kitchens, the 622 features two independent frying tanks and two powerful 15kW hinged multi-coil elements. This means frying is faster, recovery times are reduced and there’s no flavour contamination between tanks. The fryer also features a money-saving two stage oil filtration system, which extends the lifespan of the cooking oil and removes food debris – perfect for frying up great tasting chips.
