As the Ecomax has two completely independent 14 litre tanks, you can keep your cooks separate – ideal if you’re offering menu items for specialised diets or intolerances. Alternatively, use the dual tanks to ramp up production during busier hours, or simply use a single tank to reduce operating costs when it’s quiet.
