Hosting up to 4/1 GN of food in its drop in heated well with additional space on the mid shelf above, this machine operates 24 hours a day as standard and is therefore expected to handle the heating of dishes from sunrise through to sunset. This makes the heated deli a worthy purchase for businesses with staff canteens or customer buffets that are expected to provide round the clock catering. Toughened glass sneeze screens in the overhead gantry will offer protection against external contamination, which can be tilted forwards for instant access when cleaning.Please note: base/counter not included.
