Powerful and compact, the Lincat Electric Pizza Oven LPO is ideal for small takeaways, cafes or snack bars. Recommended for cooking delicious thin crust pizzas, it features precise thermostatic control and an accurate timer for perfect results. The oven contains a wire shelf with safety stop which prevents pizzas from moving around as you open and close the unit. Easy to clean vitreous enamel liners and removable crumb tray also come as standard with the oven.Please Note: This unit is only suitable for cooking chilled pizzas. It should not be used to cook fresh pizza bases or dough.
