Providing steady gradual heating to chips and other fried food, the Lincat Silverlink 600 Chip Scuttle is an ideal addition for buffets and assisted service catering. Holding anywhere up to 35 kilos of fried chips, there internal chip dump area features a drain plate to empty excess oil and leaves the contents crisp and fresh. Temperature can be changed through the manual thermostat on the front of the unit.
