Designed for reliability and performance, the griddle makes cooking easy, thanks to dual temperature zones and the front grease draining drawer. Just set the temperature for each side and you get the flexibility to gently simmer food on one side whilst cooking items on the other. The solid 12mm thick machined steel plate is fantastic quality too, retaining temperature, even when cold foods are placed directly on the surface. And as the plate is fully welded, there’s no dirt traps, so all the food debris and grease is channelled away from the food and into the easy-clean drawer.
