Description
Stainless steel 1/2 gastronorm chafing dish which can be used with electric induction plates that fit underneath the chafing stand (GD158 – sold separately). The glass lid features a smooth hydraulic motion which can remain open at 60°. The water return system means that condensation flows back to the water pan instead of the food pan.
