Beautifully designed, these premium quality knives feature Japanese VG-10 stainless steel cores which have been hardened to 60 degrees Rockwell rating. As a result, they provide remarkable cutting performance, which will also last a very long time. With two layers of attractive damask steel covering the core, these knives are well protected against corrosion, and feature an ergonomic composite fabric and resin handle for an excellent grip. This premium quality set also includes a Vogue dual ceramic and diamond blade sharpener.
