With a streamlined interface and an impressive interior capacity, this Williams Reach In Blast Chiller makes short work of preserving your best meals and ingredients for future use. With space for up to thirteen gastronorm pans (not included), you can prepare a selection of your customer’s favourites from your menu to help cope with the rush of demand during peak periods. You are given a choice of either a soft or hard blast chill depending on your time constraints, both of which can be started easily thanks to the unit’s three-step chilling function.
